Hi, I'm Erin!

While on maternity leave with my second daughter, I spent lots of hours in the nursery rocking chair because my daughter seemed to only want to sleep if she was in my arms. Cookie decorating videos would show up on my phone and I would be mesmerized at the beauty people could create on a cookie.

 

I've never considered myself a baker, but I wanted to find an outlet for my creativity and thought I'd give decorating cookies a shot. Turns out, its a lot harder than it looks! Finding the right recipe took several attempts, my two year old even spit out one of the very first batches I ever made.

I started making cookies for my friends and family thinking it would just be a small hobby but instead it turned into this amazing adventure.
